Description
Essential Brick Sealer is a specialised synthetic resin emulsion designed to seal and preserve brick surfaces. It effectively repels water and reduces efflorescence, moss, and algae growth. By significantly reducing capillary water absorption without clogging pores or capillaries, it provides long-lasting protection. Once sealed, the brick requires minimal maintenance. This sealer is easy to apply directly from the bottle, with coverage of up to 15m² per litre per coat, depending on surface porosity.

HOW TO APPLY:
- Preparation: Remove any loose debris from the surface. Ensure you have personal protective equipment, such as gloves, protective eyewear, an FFP3 class mask, and suitable clothing.
- Test Application: Conduct a short test application in a non-obtrusive area to check surface suitability and effectiveness.
- Cleaning: Ensure the surface is fully clean and dry before applying the Essential Brick Sealer.
- Application: Use a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge to distribute the sealer. Apply two coats "wet on wet" to ensure complete saturation. Do not dilute the product. The surface should be dry within 45-60 minutes. Pause treatment if rain is forecasted or begins, and cover newly saturated areas. The surface must remain fully dry for the first 6 hours after application.
Please Note: Essential Brick Sealer may slightly enhance the natural colour of the brick face. Test the product in an inconspicuous area before use. Protect surfaces that will not be sealed with masking tape.
