Description

Essential Block Paving Sealer Satin Finish is a water-based product free from hazardous acids, solvents, and VOCs. This specialist sealant is designed for exterior paving surfaces and is safe for the environment. It provides a top coat protective seal that delivers a long-lasting, crystal clear satin finish. Essential Block Paving Sealer Satin Finish dries quickly and is easy to apply, offering superior protection by preventing water-based stains, filth, and debris from penetrating the surface. This makes cleaning and maintenance much simpler. Coverage varies depending on the surface type, but when applied undiluted, it can reach up to 15 square metres per litre per coat.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Preparation: Remove any loose debris from the work surface before starting, and ensure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves, protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing.
  2. Test Application: Before using, perform a small test application in an inconspicuous area following the instructions below. This will demonstrate the product's effectiveness and suitability for your surface.
  3. Cleaning: Ensure the surface is fully clean and dry, and that weather conditions are favorable before beginning.
  4. Application: Apply Essential Block Paving Sealer Satin Finish thinly and evenly using a low-pressure sprayer, microfiber mop, paintbrush, or soft cloth. Be careful not to leave application lines or allow the product to puddle on the surface. Do not dilute the product.
  5. Second Coat: Allow 45-60 minutes for drying before applying the second coat. Repeat the process in the opposite direction to achieve an even, consistent finish. Additional coats can be applied if necessary to achieve the desired finish.

PLEASE NOTE: The colour and/or appearance of the stone may change when this product is applied. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area before using it. Use masking tape to protect any surfaces that are not to be sealed. This product is not recommended for use on highly polished stone and ceramic glazed surfaces.
